The New Barebells Cinnamon Bun Bar Is Here — Smooth, Sweet, and Protein Packed
Barebells has confirmed the ‘bunbelievable’ news fans have been eagerly awaiting: a new Cinnamon Bun variety of its top-rated protein bar.
The brand teased the launch with some not-so-discrete hints over the past few days, including a video of a giant cinnamon bun rolling down a high street with the caption, “How we roll.”
Several other posts heavily featured the classic baked treat, leaving protein-lovers all but certain which flavour was coming next.
On Thursday, 25 September, Barebells made it official with the announcement of the seasonal bar.
Barebells Cinnamon Bun arrives with a smooth, creamy cinnamon swirl, white chocolate coating, bun-flavoured base, 16g of protein, and no added sugar.
It falls just short of the 20g marker we’ve come to expect from the functional snack specialist, but for good reason.
This release coincides with National Cinnamon Bun Day (Kanelbullens Dag), celebrated annually on 4 October in Sweden — the brand’s homeland.
As a fun, celebratory edition, Barebells Cinnamon Bun mirrors the traditional glazed pastry spiral, prioritising flavour and overall experience over a few extra grams of protein.
It’s also the second seasonal flavour this month, following the recent reintroduction of the fan-favourite Pumpkin Spice protein bar for another Autumn run.
