Prepare for the WNBF Spain Rose Dragon Tournament on September 15, 2024, hosted in the historic city of Tarragona at the Tarragona Firal Palace. This national amateur open is uniquely open to all Spanish athletes and does not impose geographic restrictions. To compete, athletes must possess a valid second season license and an athlete number from their club.

The competition features categories including Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, Women’s Figure, and Women’s Bikini. Fitbody competitors are reminded that their category will only be conducted at the Spanish championship, with no qualification required for this event. Participants in Bodybuilding or Fitbody categories must also prepare a 90-second choreography and submit it with their biographical form, humorously noted that any forgotten music will default to Rick Astley’s iconic track.
