NOCCO Electrolyte Brings a Caffeinated Edge to the Booming Hydration Market

Inside NOCCO Electrolyte: The ‘New Era’ of Performance Drinks

The No Carbs Company, otherwise known as NOCCO, has made strides into the booming hydration category with a crossover offering of its own.

NOCCO Electrolyte has just launched in Sweden, Finland, and Iceland as a completely new range — something we don’t often see from the functional beverage giant.

The Swedish operator, famous for its Focus, BCAA, and BCAA+ drinks, has called this latest innovation a “new era”.

Unsurprisingly, it features almost half a gram of electrolytes at its core, with 80mg of sodium, 302mg of potassium, and 113mg of magnesium.

NOCCO Electrolyte is more of a fusion with its existing hybrid energy lines than a straight-up hydration drink, however.

A 180mg serving of caffeine has been added to the mix, as have B vitamins for natural energy production and metabolic support.

Niacin, folic acid, and biotin round out the sugar-free formula, which debuts in refreshing Blood Orange and Lemon & Lime flavours.

“NOCCO Electrolyte is made for the runners, the lifters, the hybrid athletes — the ones who never skip the hard work,” said Bella Jordansson, Marketing Activation Manager at NOCCO Sweden.

“When the effort is real, so is the need. And this is where NOCCO meets electrolytes. NOCCO Electrolyte delivers both functionality and great taste.”

Starting at 11 calories a can, NOCCO Electrolyte is an ultra-lean offering that fits with where the functional drinks market is currently headed.

The brand, which is part of the Vitamin Well Group family alongside Barebells, has teased a UK launch for 10 September.

If previous form is anything to go by, expect plenty of new flavours from NOCCO in the near future.
