Andrew Tate Raises Security Concerns After Violent Incident at Romanian Home
A man has been arrested after allegedly attacking a construction worker with a knife outside Andrew Tate’s home in Romania.
On 18 June, Tate, 38, wrote on X that an unidentified individual wielding a blade ‘sliced the contractor’s arm open’ while he was working on his garage.
Local media outlet Gândul reported that the man required emergency medical treatment.
Shortly after the incident, the suspect is said to have returned to the property, where he was detained by security and later arrested by police.
Tate, who shares the home with his brother Tristan, said the man had been seen “lurking” in the area in the days leading up to the attack.
“The police are finally getting involved but it took him trying to kill a man before they took action,” he said.
“My kids also come to this house. This is what the media’s constant attacks on me fuels. They do not care.”
‘Security Is Our Primary Expense’
With 10.7 million followers on X alone, Andrew Tate remains one of the most high-profile — and polarising — figures on the internet.
Responding to comments online, he said: “Security is our primary expense. Luckily the team at my house do have guns.”
Tate and his brother are currently living between Romania and Dubai. Both face charges including rape and human trafficking, which they deny.
